Cancellation Policy

A Nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment the remaining balance is due at the end of your service You are allowed a 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes a 10.00 late fee applies after 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled Extra guest are only allowed if they can sit for at least 2 hours quietly with no interfering with other guest or disruptions Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of appointment time same day cancellations or no shows forfeit the deposit and may result in being blocked from future bookings Come with a clean face no makeup, brows groomed (unless you book a brow service) Addons Glitter and rhinestones are available as an upgrade and must be added during booking or upon arrival
